This six-session course invites participants to explore retirement and later adulthood through a biblical lens of hope, fruitfulness, and renewal. Together, participants will consider what it means to flourish in the “third third” of life and whether such flourishing is truly possible in a culture that often defines aging in terms of decline or limitation. Topics include God’s promises for this season, the essential role of relationships, stewardship of the body, remembering and gratitude, and discerning purpose and calling beyond oneself. Through Scripture, reflection, and discussion, participants will be encouraged to embrace a richer, more faithful narrative of aging marked by rootedness, wisdom, and ongoing spiritual growth.
