Use this page to prepare for UDOLLI registration, review the required steps, and watch short tutorials before contacting the office for assistance.

This page gathers the resources you need to register for UDOLLI. Please review the steps and video tutorials before calling the office for help.

The best registration experience happens when you sign in ahead of time, confirm your account information, review the catalog, and make a list of seminars you want before registration opens.

Before you begin

Take a few minutes to prepare your account and seminar list before registration day.

Account access

Sign in early

Sign in before registration day to make sure your username and password work. If you are new to UDOLLI, create your account before registration opens.

Review the catalog

Use the catalog to make a list of seminars you want, including backup choices in case a seminar fills quickly.

Be ready at opening

Seminar Add to Cart buttons may not appear until registration opens. If a button is not visible before the opening time, refresh the page after registration begins.

Step-by-step registration pathway

Follow these steps in order to complete your UDOLLI registration.

Create your account or sign in

Start by signing in at continuingeducation.udayton.edu. Create an account if this is your first time with UDOLLI or if you need a new account.

Go to Membership and Parking

Navigate to the Membership and Parking page before selecting seminars.

Add your membership

Add your annual UDOLLI membership to your shopping cart. Membership is required before seminar registration.

Add your term registration fee

Add the appropriate term registration fee to your shopping cart. This term fee allows you to register for seminars during the selected term.

Add parking if needed

Add parking to your cart if you will be driving to seminars on campus. You do not need parking for Zoom-only participation or off-site seminars that do not require campus parking.

Proceed to seminar selection

Go to the seminar selection page and search for each seminar you would like to take.

Add seminars to your cart

Search for each seminar and click Add to Cart. The Add to Cart button may not be visible until after registration opens.

Tip: If registration has opened and you still do not see the Add to Cart button, refresh your browser page and make sure you are signed in.

Check out and pay

Review your cart carefully, resolve any schedule conflicts, complete payment, and make sure you receive confirmation.

Helpful registration reminders

These tips can help prevent common registration problems.

Before checkout

  • Confirm that your membership is in your cart or already active.
  • Confirm that your term registration fee is included.
  • Add parking only if you need campus parking for in-person seminars.
  • Review seminar dates and times to avoid schedule conflicts.
  • Check your cart before paying.

After checkout

  • Look for your confirmation or receipt.
  • Review the seminars listed in your account.
  • Save or print your confirmation if desired.
  • Contact UDOLLI if something looks incorrect.

Common registration questions

These quick answers address common issues members may experience during registration.

Why can’t I see the Add to Cart button?

The Add to Cart button may not appear until registration officially opens. If registration has opened, refresh your browser and make sure you are signed in.  You will also need to ensure that you have already registered for your annual membership or that it has been added to the cart. You will also need to ensure you have either registered for the Term Fee or have it added to cart. If you are a moderator with active benefits or if you have a University of Dayton retired employee membership, you should not need to add the term fee.

Do I need membership before selecting seminars?

Yes. Add your UDOLLI membership first, then add the appropriate term registration fee, parking if needed, and seminars. (Not applicable to current or former moderators with active benefits or to fully retired UD employees.)

Do I need to purchase parking?

Purchase parking if you will be driving to seminars on campus. Parking may not be needed for Zoom-only participation or off-site seminars. Spouses may purchase their own parking pass or share a pass. (Parking is provided for moderators teaching in the current term.)

What should I do if a seminar is full?

Choose another seminar or check whether a waitlist option is available. Planning backup choices before registration day is recommended.

What if I have trouble signing in?

Use the sign-in page to reset your access if available. If you still cannot sign in, contact UDOLLI for help before registration day when possible.
