Common registration questions
These quick answers address common issues members may experience during registration.
Why can’t I see the Add to Cart button?
The Add to Cart button may not appear until registration officially opens. If registration has opened, refresh your browser and make sure you are signed in. You will also need to ensure that you have already registered for your annual membership or that it has been added to the cart. You will also need to ensure you have either registered for the Term Fee or have it added to cart. If you are a moderator with active benefits or if you have a University of Dayton retired employee membership, you should not need to add the term fee.
Do I need membership before selecting seminars?
Yes. Add your UDOLLI membership first, then add the appropriate term registration fee, parking if needed, and seminars. (Not applicable to current or former moderators with active benefits or to fully retired UD employees.)
Do I need to purchase parking?
Purchase parking if you will be driving to seminars on campus. Parking may not be needed for Zoom-only participation or off-site seminars. Spouses may purchase their own parking pass or share a pass. (Parking is provided for moderators teaching in the current term.)
What should I do if a seminar is full?
Choose another seminar or check whether a waitlist option is available. Planning backup choices before registration day is recommended.
What if I have trouble signing in?
Use the sign-in page to reset your access if available. If you still cannot sign in, contact UDOLLI for help before registration day when possible.
