Propose a Seminar with UDOLLI
Moderators are the heart of UDOLLI. Your passion, expertise, and dedication create the engaging, high-quality seminars that make our program thrive. Our members continually express deep appreciation for the knowledge you share and the rich discussions you inspire. Without moderators, there would be no UDOLLI—and we are truly grateful for the many volunteers who make this community vibrant.
We are pleased to announce a new, streamlined process for seminar proposals:
-
You may now submit proposals at any time of year for any upcoming term (fall, winter, spring, or summer).
-
If you’ve submitted a proposal before, you can copy/paste from your prior submission (check your email for your confirmation copy) and simply update or revise as needed.
-
This one-step process replaces our previous multi-step system. Each term’s proposals will be collected, reviewed, and scheduled by the Curriculum Advisory Committee.
Please note that submission does not guarantee approval. The Curriculum Advisory Committee meets regularly to review all proposals and will notify you regarding acceptance and placement in the upcoming term’s catalog.
Winter 2026 - Due 9/20/2025
Spring 2026 - Due 9/29/2025
Summer 2026 - Due 1/5/2026
Fall 2026 - Due 3/16/2026
